How do I join ASP?To join the ASP, simply fill in the form below.
Do I have to pay a fee to join ASP?It’s absolutely free to join our ASP. However, Marine Online will evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis.
How long would it take to review my request?Marine Online will review your request within 3-5 working days.
Can I join ASP in multiple ports?Yes, you are eligible to join as long as the registration port office is your own setup.
Which ports does ASP cover?We target to cover more than 700 major ports worldwide with increasing number of service provider joining our ASP.
Who will manage know-your-customer (KYC) screening?Marine Online KYC screens every vendors that join our ASP. Commercial risk is eliminated for our partners, as Marine Online is the focal point of contact and payment.
Do I receive payment from shipowners or Marine Online?Marine Online will pay our ASP directly upon completion of services; these include additional services requested from our shipowners after PDA is being issued. With this arrangement, our service providers are protected by our guaranteed payment system.
How can ASP help to promote our company?Marine Online hand-pick 2-3 partners in every ports. We will promote on standard processes, cost savings and transparency with digitalisation of Alliance program to our shipowners. In addition, ASP can promote their company and services in our platform and social campaigns.
