How do I join Authorized Service Provider (ASP)?To join our ASP, simply fill in the form below.
Do I have to pay a fee to join ASP?It’s absolutely free to join our ASP. However, Marine Online will evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis.
Is there any operation (e.g. CV/briefing/document checklist/others) standard formats to follow?Yes, Marine Online will provide a set of standard formats to ASP when we send your manning requirements.
How long would it take to review my request?Marine Online will review your request within 3-5 working days.
How do we receive manning requirements?Marine Online will be the focal contact point between shipowners and ASP. Hence, you will receive manning requirements from Marine Online.
Do I receive payment from shipowners or Marine Online when my transaction has completed?Marine Online will pay the manning fees and other charges (if any) to our ASP upon completing the transaction. Our guaranteed payment system ensures all our partners get paid in any circumstances.

Will I be able to find training courses for my crews on Marine Online?Marine Online has a wide selection of competitively priced training courses across various countries including STCW courses that consist of Bridge Team Management (BTM), Electronic Chart Display and Information system (ECDIS).
